I think some explanation is required here.
The $4/share comment made by Howard - he was answering a concern that the company could be bought out for peanuts by someone buying on market and the BoD only having 8% of the share register. So he suggested that if someone tried to buy a substantial holding on-market, then the SP would rise significantly. He then suggested that it could be $4/share if that happened.
He wasn't suggesting that 4DS could be sold for $4/share.
I think some explanation is required here.The $4/share comment...
