No need to be sorry, just sharing ideas, we all have the same end goal. Yes the trade off in speed to retention is likely significant.
It would be good to know if the 10 year time is still applicable to the current wafers, but like you suggest it'd be more useful to know how close it is to this at the nearest speed to dram.....which I bet 5 million of Davids shares we won't find out.
I wonder if a more open question will give more insight as you suggest.
