Expect to make an announcement of acquisition related to LPE, do you mean?
The $5m loan facility even with 10% interest charge looks more interesting than diluting the share holders again. It's starting to look attractive at this price if there's an acquisition on within 2 weeks before end of year. Expansion for expansion's sake as Mike said somewhere can be good even with rising debt if it means overall larger growth like other tech companies.
