My understanding is that the due diligence is still underway.
Therefore, my opinion only here, even though it appears juicy that Baz will announce finance before the AGM and that may happen, currently it's out of his control.
ps: those eggs look remarkably like the ones (free range, large) I recently scraped off re finance.....I got caught up in the "early May I hope"
