I think this is the most crucial / interesting time I ever had as a FBR SH. More than when the HX01 went out to the real world.
The 1st real mass manufacture commercial product will finalise assembly by End of 2022. Thats approx 1 month away. Im not sure how many actually realise this.
HX01 and 02 are PROTOTYPES. They have always played grey about this and most definitely deliberately.
If you are serious about your investment, put in some thought, ask the smart / right questions. Dont attempt to come from all angles of the universe - rebuild Ukraine etc. This is the least we Mushrooms can do.
If I may suggest refer to the Investors Presentation, current and last year's AGM reports or what was said. Hold them accountable for those that didnt materialise.
Most of all, we have to rely on the goodwill of those in Perth to ask, if attending. E.g. Timboc, GaryJitters etc.
If they are doing this on the eastern seaboard, I would have attend, sit in the front row like I always do, stare them in the eye and share it here.
But cant do it this time as they choose to hole up in Perth. And looks like there is no online option either.
To begin, I like to put the BKW issue to rest once and for all. Yes we saw it didnt happen, ANN etc, but lets hear it from Mark Pivac's very mouth.
1. Was / is Brickworks trying to or will launch a TO at some point of time.
2. Will the BOD allow the Company to be bought over, if so, at what stage of the company's growth? Can Mark Pivac please address this question?
This is important. Whatever the potential of this company, if its get prematurely sold, all your hopes in this company / all you suffered for - kiss them goodbye.
3. MOU with UAE - feasibilty study that should take 12 months from Nov 2021. Where is it at now?
4. The end of calendar Q4 is just 1 month away. At what stage of mechanical assemby is the HX 110 now?
5. Last AGM Grellman mentioned that the Company seriously considered listing overseas. Given how dogsh!t this company is on the ASX, is it in the company's plan to list elsewhere. E.g. on the NASDAQ where 3D printing construction is fast gaining traction in the US.
6. Soft orders for HX robots per November 2021 Corporate Presentation. Where is it at now?
7. Certification of HX and Fastbrick Wall System® with all relevant codes and regulations in Mexico. Approx 12 months from Nov 2021. Where is it now?
