Was discontinuing PEL37 part of an agreement with the Namibian government to extend PEL87?
I honestly can’t see any reason why a country intent on swift returns from its oil reserves would even enter into talks with such an ineffective bunch as we have at PCL.
Maybe, just maybe, that was part of a package to keep PEL87 but I’m not holding my breath.
