One thing i found as a positive from the AGM was the following answer in regards to a question about buying another asset. Scott Lowe’s response:

”We are not looking for another project, we are seeking a corporate transaction that offers liquidity and value in the near future, and if we can’t do that, and I’m now going to paraphrase what we have said in our public announcements, if we can’t achieve that in a suitable timeframe then we will feedback to shareholders by the 30th of June if not before, then we will abandon that process and we will return the majority of cash and then we will distribute the Leo shares when they come out of escrow about a year from now”
