For the record...
On Oct 10th 2008 I forward a series of questions to Phil Thomas requiring answers at the AGM. At that stage I was unaware of his pending resignation as CEO nor about the sale of Rincon.
On Nov 12th I forwarded 60 detailed questions to the Board via the company secretary. I advised that we shareholders had an expectation to have ALL questions answered.
John Anderson rang me to advise that most questions would be answered. Some due to confidentially of transactions may not be answered.
The company's auditor PKF ( who will be in attendance at the AGM) has also advised me that they will be happy to answer any questions submitted via the Board. I assume also questions from the floor?
I do not wish to table my questions via this forum but rather wait until tomorrow to hear what Chairman Ross has to say in response to ADY's demise under his leadership. They have had two weeks to research their answers.
