Thanks for that Jason.
One thing that we have to remember though, is that Directors have to have a Public Liability Insurance to cover them for just these sort of thing, and we, the shareholders, pays and have paid for that.
So, why don't let the Insurance company sort the mess out, and fix/sort the Directors out themselves??
You and me, had to have the some cover in order to be able to practice. Didn't we???
