    I have asked ASIC to determine specifically whether continuous disclosure was maintained with respect to Shougang and the lithium tender process.

    If they determine it was not then this may be the grounds that are required to action the matter further - and yes at a civil level. I am interested in the value of the Professional Idemnity policy.
