Fatlak, holders who are on the books at close of business today will have the right to vote at the AGM in Feb.

I am curious to know whether the Register at www.earthheat.com.au/register will be updated following the record date (i.e., today). I know that I, for one, am interested to see who the big seller/s was on Monday (money's on PGS and maybe one other).

Now, if I was interested in acquiring a large holding of EHR, but didn't want to get noticed on the register, I might wait until after the record date to do my buying. Just an opinion. To tell the truth, I have no idea how the big fish operate. Will wait and see what happens.
