To all those who are not going to bother to vote against the bonus resolution, please remember that shareholder voting power forced the Company to withdraw its outrageous bonus plan from last years AGM. That was its first strike.

This forum was instrumental in getting all the small shareholders to share their concerns and to band together to form a forceful voting block.
