I wasn't aware of "the man" - that might explain how they got their hands on those 6 blocks.

Sounds about right - PVD's offshore farmout was massive, Chevron moved in offshore earlier this year & BP moved in offshore recently + currently 3 companies drilling in Morocco and plenty more about to start their own drilling.

Haven't heard anything about Mali yet and although Mali sounds good, I am just waiting for the Morocco approvals which will be massive for this company.
