    correct me please if I have this wrong.....
    CDU are conducting an $85m CR @ $2.50, that's 34m shares + 34m oppies
    Underwriter is down for $50m max = 20m shares + 20m oppies

    So your assuming that the underwriters full allocation (providing they get the lot) goes straight to the Chinese ?
