If he is trying to soak up more shares, why haven't they being carrying on with the company share buyback? That's the easiest way for him to increase his % holding.
To me this means something, either he doesn't care about the shareholders, perhaps trading is below expectations? Who knows but the fact they haven't provided us with any update has meaning, maybe they are getting close to delisting the stock in Australia?
