No consideration will be given to SOI Consolidation A loyalty option offering will be considered once my partner presents it to the BOD ALL WA gold tenements will be packaged up and offered as an IPO on a 50/50 basis SKI will take up one board seat SKI wanted 30% but BB and the BOD decided against that and offered only 19.99% Australian government and State government have so far shown great interest and some help is forthcoming Sconi is the main game and the resource upgrade could be huge as far as to say it could be a 35 to 40 year mine life. But will help to mostly increase the ore grade dramatically Flemington could very much end up being a feeder for Sconi also to increase grade Paying down debt will be of most importance but so is paying dividends. AUZ is not the type of company you make a bit of money off and go off and buy a hilux. AUZ is A LIFE CHANGING EVENT

Was there anything discussed regarding the scandium and the R&D division ?

Was there any mention of further offtake partners with the Nickel ?
