Thanks BigDaniel..i have already sent them an email in regards to extending the options. I might give them a call next week if i dont recieve a reply.
i have no issues in securing loans in stages and i agree 20 million is a substantial amount of total loan value. I think it safe to say that if we manage to secure first 20 million of the loan, securing the rest of loan will be much easier. To be honest, you would think that securing rest of the loan will be a formality ( what would Jinan tech and the bank do with a dam without a mine! If they decide not to continue with building mine and 20 million of sunk costs will be hard to justify).
I am feeling positive and after all this wait, this is not the time to give up and sell.
