It might take some time - it has taken some time - but I'm pretty confident that Po Valley will be rerated by the market once production starts, and perhaps earlier. With trading volumes so light, we could easily blink and find the share price back at $2.25.

Chatting to MM at the AGM, he seemed pretty keen on paying a dividend once they had the cash flow (as I guess one would be, sitting on nearly thirty million shares). There won't be any franking, unfortunately, but PV has enough accumulated losses not to be paying Italian tax for a while.
