AGM - Resolution 12

What is the reason for Resolution 12 – Approval of Proportional Takeover Provisions in Company’s Constitution?

Is this to address a possible takeover threat that could be on the horizon?

Would this resolution increase that threat or reduce it?

I wouldn't mind a little constructive discussion about this because I have always been concerned about the possibility of a takeover well before our share price will reach its full potential (especially at current prices)
