I wonder how many people have read the resolutions. It is not an easy task to make sense of the wording.
Resolution 3 asks shareholders to approve raising the 15% limit on the issue of new shares to 25% and be issued for a cash consideration at a minimum price of 75% of the volume weighted average price.
One must ask why would it be necessary to raise the limit and what are the implications for shareholders.
