used to develop. challenge thoughts and ideas

provoke critical thinking

explore different points of view

respond to others postings that may pave the way for further thoughtful reflection

discuss and or challenge relevant issues

I could go on

if you genuinely believe that everything is good with the company

I respect your position, I may ask Q to ascertain why you hold that view ( which I've done without getting a reply that clarified your comments)

anyway I'm not for pushing you about and as for working against my financial best interests

it's the absolute opposite of that I'm doing

but I often hear these types of comments made and actually that's a form of pushing ppl around
with don't say this or that bc it will impact you .. total BS in my book

so I'm just making my view known

Agree / Disagree with the merits is fine by me
