do we need 3 ppl on the board all with the same experience
read their Bio's on the website .. it's all to similar, a BoD needs a mix ... not buddies who all think the same and sit on other boards private or otherwise the same
makes for ppl getting too comfortable with each other
who would even have the nuts to suggest a change for the benefit of the SH's
I shudder to think ... Boardrooms need an edge , get comfortable at home
get busy at work ... 5 mins of research tells me they've all been around each other way to long and all know how to play nice
The opportunity is huge , I posted lots of articles weeks ago
but in order to exploit an opportunity..
that's all I'm saying at this point
