To add further. Tony is very unimpressive he lauds CR as amazing but what has he done? He lauds CR because he is a number he counts on to control the board. CR is going and I feel AV or SS should go as well. Paul has been amazing not SS or AV. Its not about who hired Paul anymore (that was two agnosing year ago) its about who has the skills sets to build the company in the public equity markets rather than lazily rely on the bottom of the barrel CPS to carve up the share price with crappy investors. The board not Paul must get out their and sell this company to the professional investor markets. In my view none on the board has the credentials save for AW to do this. I'd like to see a strategy and market team suggested because AV is totally unimpressive and I met him before and he is hopeless.
