The equity grants to LD should not have 'carried'
It ain't hard to appoint the chair as a proxy to cast your vote so not to waste time going to the AGM
A 25% strike on remuneration but it still gets a tick being advisory and non binding
Even if not a SH I hope at the next AGM a second strike is received where a spill meeting results in fresh blood
