Just means they can't issue shares (up to 15% of the company) in the next 12 months without prior approval from shareholders. It's good in that they can't stuff up like the last time! And if they need more cash they'll come to us so we don;t get diluted... Would be bad if they need more cash and current shareholders don't stump up what they need... I'd say it's good overall cause we'd get our decent share of the new shares rather than just the left overs.
