Judging from today’s announcements it seems there were no surprises at the AGM with all resolutions passed. I trust the BoD noted the significant NO for resolution 3, albeit well less than 50%.
Clearly Gandel has not got over shareholder impudence for rioting about the proposed $800k Heemskirk sale however the fact that the BoD has now done a Heemskirk deal at about $4 million clearly demonstrates that the complaining shareholders were right.
Good presentation, except for the blather about Heemskirk (and bad shareholders), however hopefully we and the market will see more such presentations in the months ahead – we live in hope.
Feedback from any AGM attendees would be nice.
And BTW, anybody know who did the presentation?
