"I got the impression they cared more about growth than preserving shareholder value."...the future is easier to sell, than to explain their past. Hope keeps people hanging on far too long.

"All the side conversations that go on will be a lot more informative than the AGM itself and those side conversations are the real gems not the meeting itself."....go to enough general meetings, and you will find it very encouraging listening to the side shows after meetings, when semi private details can flow , be passed on to other followers etc, but also be wary of why it was not made public. This can be dangerous info, that again may have you hang on too long.
