Been reading this forum for a while the thing that stands out currently is this HC forum has become home of the downrampers where once only uprampers dare post.
I offloaded a 1/3 of my holdings yesterday at a substantial loss I still want to get something for my
other shares so still staying +ve I thought they withdrew resolution 5 because of the following statement from the open briefing:
Issuing a significant amount
of shares for cash as part of a private placement is not our first priority considering our
current share price and the dilutionary impact on shareholders. As a result, we are actively
pursuing the closure of the VanMag deal, the sale of non-core assets as well as a strategic
investment in our South African and Botswana businesses by an established industry
partner
Going on the voting of the other 4 resolutions I doubt that they wouldnt have had the votes.
Who is the established industry partner?
