I found it strange he didn't mention anything about finalizing terms this year, which is what he was saying only a month ago!

I found the presentation very ordinary and the amateur looking slides are starting to look very messy and hard to follow. They look crap!

I would've preferred more detail around finance given this is all everyone really cares about right now.

Something like "we anticipate terms to be finalized this month and credit approval early next year with first drawdown within next 6 months" rather than just "we are working on finalizing finance over next 6 months".

That tells me nothing. The sp is atrocious also!

I am getting very frustrated now as I genuinely believed we were close to finalizing over next few months.
