    Was anyone at the AGM today? Was anything said about requotation or new projects?

    The DVM Company Secretary has reported to the ASX that all resolutions were passed unanimously even though votes against were recorded for all! Also, the notice specifies a Mr Leith Cole was elected as a Director - surely DVM means Mr Leith Wale (which the DVM website has as Wales).

    The ANZ has notified today it still has the overhang of 2,704,908 ordinaries which they put as 9.868% of DVM.
