I have a more positive view from attending the meeting.
There are certainly parties interested in financing, however ARH are ensuring a deal is done on our terms and not what is being dictated by potential partners.
The current estimated timeline is for construction to begin at the end of the first quarter next year. They must have some confidence that finance is possible in the near future.
ARH is not part of the initial IPO of Resourcehouse, however dont write off some merger action once floated IMO.
Resourcehouse on one side of the block and Citic on the other, do you really think that the ARH block will be left with no-one wanting it .
