Wayne knows he can buy shares but he is freaking 85 years old and hence is not interested in investing as a younger person would be.
He simply said that not owning shares in any of his companies makes it easier for him compliance wise.
I know I sure as hell would not be buying shares at 85. I would have my money in cash at my house and be giving it to prostitutes on a daily basis. Then again I am doing that ALREADY!
