I would not write this project off because of what the gold proce is doing.
The numbers are robust enough, but say that due to the fallen (past perfect tense) the IRR is reduced by 25-30 % to say an IRR of 37%
Thats still not bad.
Say that is a worse case picture.
Ok, the mine is small and may not ultimately pay a dividend (cant see this with such a short mine life) but never the less there is some potential there for capital gain on the shares albeit the window will be short.
