ralph, looks like 25mil shares would be enough money to significantly reduce the gap to 68% ownership, but they make it pretty clear there's no specific purpose to the proposed issue other than to have it on standby for any 'transactional' use:
"advancement of
exploration, evaluation and development of the Company’s mining and mineral exploration projects, potentially as consideration for the acquisition of mining or mineral exploration projects"
why fully pay for your current tennemants when you can peg some more?!!
