    I reckon we could get pushed up to an offer around 1.40. Thats a fair price. ZFX wont give in if the offer is rejected..they have a lot of cash and would of been on the prowl for awhile now. Anything can go wrong when a stock moved into production. Just sit back and let the good times role ;)
