Everything was approved with at least 70% majority. There was a lot of optimism regarding the future but mostly for 08-09.
I asked 2 questions to the Chairman after the AGM. Apparently they have written off Nilnav, they are still trying to sell the product but have had no success.
The ADR's have had about the same success.
I am comforted at least in the professionalism of the Board and Phil Thomas in getting both major projects over the line. The question remains the same...How long will it take? I did not come away from the AGM with any better idea on that one than if I did not go.
There were only about 15 shareholders in attendance.
