Understand and up until recently I was somewhat sympathetic to this kind of reaction but my view changed with the lack of information on timelines in the recent quarterly.

Here are examples from another company I am familiar with :
- sample communication on a strategy issue:
Presentation on strategy and why it is in shareholders' interests
- communication of the funding implications and development plans: (see, eg, slide on page 15)

I accept that the financial projections are now easier for the company in this example that is already in production but the interesting point is that similar plans and funding implications were put to shareholders prior to them raising capital when they were in the exploration phase...

My vote is hopefully a signal to indicate a desire by shareholders for better governance (which includes communication and responsiveness to reasonable shareholder concerns).
