Make no mistake. AGM are gone. It's just a matter of price.
My opinion is $1.00 will do it because there is no other bidder. The hedge funds will be counting on their substantial shareholdings to force an offer from ZFX to possibly $1.10.
This is a cat and mouse game now between the hedge funds and ZFX. AGM management are now out of the equation. ZFX are probably in talks with Jinchuan and other instos like they would have been with Lion Selection late last week.
I will say $1.10 "could" be a chance depending on what the hedge funds do. I will still say $1.00 in the absence of another bidder but really we are only talking 5c either way from the current market price. Hopes of $1.30, $1.50+ are dashed after Lion Selection accepted $1.00.
