the idea for hedgefunds would be to try and get 10% or more as a group to stop zfx from gaining complete control i assume.
this way they can bargain up their price.
but what they havent yet calculated is if zfx stop at 70 or 80% and just leave it.
this is where the JBM issue occurs.
WHy pay everyone an extra 10% just cos a few hedgies want some profit?
they are speculators and may get burnt in this market.
i find the whole thing fascinating.
