the biggest positive is that RWD and the WDLAC have agreed to a schedule of costs associated with ongoing negotiations if appropriate. This has been the sticking point in the past...hopefully the central desert will follow suit. The irony is that pre deal costs are peanuts compaired to what both parties stand to gain...
