cannot comment on AGM. Maybe none of the investors have enough value or interest in shares to go to AGM. Then management get to sit there and pass what they want.

I can however comment on my recent experience of LJ. Look at Quickstep and see that they are looking to get rid on them. they dont go quietly and share numbers will just grow IMO.

I like the concepts here but I was wrong badly wrong on this one and now hold about $10 worth of shares.

I dont or better put no longer have faith in management. The company should make it but I could not see how I could turn my money into a paying investment. I sold and am happy with that decision.

Why post if I am out. Only because I keep hoping that at some point circumstances will change and I could find a case to invest in.
