So the delay was due to lack of funds. I sure hope there will be no more delay for the government approval in December.

Perhaps building a plant that utilises new technology is not that easy as there is nothing available to copy from. Lynas, another dog of a start-up company I invested in, just build a rare earth minerals processing plant in Malaysia that utilises some new technology costing over $800M.

I guess MT is just as frustrated as us shareholders. 68 years old with a big dream and no funds to make it come true.
