Well done Rabit and Enigma,

great summary from both of you and congrats to MT who came staright out, told it how it was, gave a full explanation as to why things were delayed, made no excuses, gave a reasonable indication as to where the $$$ had been spent all of which really left very few questiions for the floor as they had already been answered.

How easy would it have been for MT to sign the docs with Kronos 9 months ago.

We would have got the $$$ and had the plant built by now however control over the plant and the future of the company would be in the hands of Kronos.

Thats how Kronos is so big and wealthy! The name of their game is bonking over little companies like APG and taking their assets and/or technology for zip!

Well, I guess they havnt come across guys like APG before who were prepared to go to extreme lengths to protect the company and shareholders interest and beat them.

Kronos are very keen on the APG technology and have just failed in getting it via the back door!
