Have you made your estimates of earnings assuming they miss guidance?

I'm not too concerned about the HY result - we already know it'll be crap.

I agree earnouts are an issue, but they have cash in the bank, a bank facility and OCF to look after this. Last resort is another CR which is the only time the current low SP actually matters.

The market won't give them a high multiple for a while, but IF they meet FY17 guidance the future looks very good. I like the risk vs reward at current prices.
