I think part of the disparity sits in yr NPAT @ $3.9 m translating into an EPS of 1c. With 440 m shares, should equate to 8.8 c. Then Given cash flow considerations, I cant help think that there will be some creative accounting to reduce the tax burden. So we are pretty close.
