    I totally agree some insto managers a just plain dumb which is probably good for the smarter operators who can make money out of them along the way. that's what makes the asx work so well. it proves it to me that mbe management should shy away from.encouraging insto holders until they decide they might like a piece of the action later on in the cycle when they have to pay full price for the successes.
