Not sure whether you are saying that is a bad or a good thing.
Look how far the business has come compared with October 2013. All else being equal (and obviously not everyone agrees with that part) that makes the current SP a great opportunity.
The SP is only relevant if you are buying or selling, and should not be used as a measure of the performance of the company itself.
