if the management comes out to state change of accounting policy and expense all wages etc instead of capitalising them, so to reflect the true cash profit, given they have just changed the name, its best to change the practice before market has any interest in its paper profit ...

20mil cap, IVO only has 12mil cap and just signed MOU with Microsoft, market still doesnt like it, so wait another 2 month for half year report to see the cash burn, and still outstanding acquisition cost, they might not have much left.
