Hey @r0cker, every shareholder can vote or appoint a proxy.
To VOTE, go to the share registry website at ..... https://www-au.computershare.com/Investor/#Home. Login or register and then VOTE.
To appoint a PROXY, you should have received an email on 29 April 2022 (Australian time) that provides a link to the proxy portal. Check you junk mail - it could be there. I voted for all resolutions except No.3.
