Big call out to all the folk listed below who pledged their votes at the last AGM for the election of AF as director. If you're still holding TON, we need you to do it again, this time to pass Resolutions 6 & 8 so that the Chinese largest shareholder is diluted below 28%. That's the magic threshold below which they cease to be entitled to two directors and the chairmanship. The current 2:2 board is deadlocked and is preventing TON from progressing. We need a Board where Australian directors have the balance of power and the passing of Resolutions 6 & 8 will enable us to have that.
